Hey there! I wanted to let you know about this amazing retreat we have coming up. It’s going to be totally unplugged and silent, giving you the space to tune out the outside world and really listen to yourself. If you’ve never meditated before, don’t worry! We’ll teach you step by step, along with some pranayama and gentle yoga practices that you can continue at home.
And let me tell you about the location – it’s absolutely stunning! You’ll be surrounded by waterfalls, food forests, rice fields, and towering mountains as far as the eye can see. It’s a true feast for the senses.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll receive craniosacral therapy and sound massage, ensuring total relaxation and rejuvenation. And don’t worry if you have any difficulties during the retreat – our instructor, Amber, will be there to support and guide you every step of the way.
So, what does a typical day at the retreat look like? In the morning, we start with guided meditation followed by a delicious cup of chai to awaken your senses. Then, you’ll have a gentle asana and pranayama practice to get your energy flowing. After breakfast, we dive into more meditation and teachings,

The retreat is happening in Kanciana Village, Bali, Indonesia. Bali Eco Stay is nestled in a beautiful valley surrounded by fresh water springs, mountain streams, and a stunning twelve-meter waterfall that flows into a rock pool. The resort is surrounded by tall food forests and rice terraces, and it sits 480 meters above sea level, making the temperatures here refreshingly cooler compared to the coasts of Bali. Despite being eco-friendly, Bali Eco Stay ensures that guests are comfortable.
When you arrive at this magical place, you’ll get to enjoy all that nature has to offer – delicious authentic food, breathtaking landscapes, cool mountain breezes, and refreshing rock pools. It’s the perfect opportunity to find your balance again and reconnect with nature. Bali Eco Stay is located 450 meters above sea level on the southern slopes of Mount Batukaru, the second-highest mountain in Bali. It’s only about one and a half to two hours away from Ubud and Kuta.
We will serve you vegetarian breakfast, lunch, dinner, chai, treats, coffee, and tea every day as part of the package. Our resort follows permaculture principles and is surrounded by food gardens. We get 75 percent of the food in our restaurant from our own land, and we do not use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Instead, we choose to work in harmony with nature.
You can visit our permaculture garden and directly pick fruits, vegetables, and spices. We also grow our own vanilla and cacao, which are all chemical-free and grown in our rich volcanic soil.
You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, or dinner in our beautifully handcrafted Bali Eco Stay restaurant. The restaurant offers stunning views of the rice paddies, food forests, and even the Indian Ocean in the distance. With open windows all around, you can savor your food, sip a drink, or simply relax while feeling the refreshing breeze flowing over the valley. This creates comfortable temperatures throughout the day and night.

You can book massages with the Bali Eco Stay staff, either before or after the retreat.
