Once you book, we’ll plan the specifics of your retreat together via a Skype call. We’ll consider your personal needs, interests, preferences, and my recommendations to ensure a tailored experience. Each day, you’ll have a morning or afternoon session with me, engaging in activities such as yogic teachings, meditation, conscious breathing, ceremony, or nature immersion.
For the other session, you’ll have time for self-study, leisure, and rest. You’ll be given practices to complete alone, allowing you valuable time in silence and solitude to build awareness and intimacy with yourself. This fosters self-support and confidence, giving you the tools to continue healthy attitudes and practices when you leave.
Self-study practices include guided journaling, contemplation, silent meditation, walking meditation, grounding in nature, sunbathing, yogic practices, gratitude practice, ceremony and intention, and selfless service.

The retreat venues in Bali position themselves ideally for a quiet stay on the island. They are close to the main center of Ubud but still far enough to make you feel truly peaceful and secluded. Ubud, scattered with temples, sacred sites, and stunning natural waterfalls, is a destination that deeply nourishes your spirit.
We use locally sourced and organic fruits, vegetables, and herbs for all our delicious menu options. Bali has a wide variety of tropical fruits and organically grown vegetables to enjoy. Our retreat includes wheatgrass and microgreens, which are vibrant with life force and phytonutrients. We prefer natural supplements and use local roots, herbs, and greens in our juicing. We even brew our own alkalizing apple cider vinegar tonic. We also provide powerful natural detoxifying and nutritional supplements, tailored to your specific needs.
The quality and freshness of our produce make a big difference in the cleansing and healing processes. Eating clean, light, and natural food allows you to experience wellness like never before. Depending on your stay, you may see a reduction in inflammation, increased energy, natural weight loss, and improvements in minor and major health issues. We also offer probiotic and fermented foods to restore gut health, which is often a factor in chronic illness or fatigue.

We have several retreat options that can be combined. Our juice cleanse option is great for detox and treating chronic illness. It includes three cold-pressed juices throughout the day, along with herbal, food, and vitamin supplements tailored to your needs. After the cleanse, we transition to serving raw food to ease you back into regular eating.
Our raw food option is full of life force and enzymes for better digestion. We create meals using fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as activated seeds, nuts, and grains. We also offer special creations like pro-biotic nut cheeses and whole seed crackers made at a low heat to preserve enzymes. Our healthy desserts are sweetened with natural unrefined sweeteners.
The plant-based option supports your body’s acid/alkaline balance, digestive health, and hormonal balance. This meal program features light, cooked whole foods with a mostly raw food component.

The reality did not match the pictures at all, and I felt like I wasted my money and the time I took off work to focus on my health. The facilities were also not up to par. Tasha, however, was really attentive and the yoga sessions were good.

She takes special care of each participant, making sure their experience is one-of-a-kind. I had such a great time with her and enjoyed all of the activities. What I loved the most was the personalized care and individual attention she gave me. Oh, and the food and juices? Absolutely delicious! They really helped me embrace a healthier lifestyle. Her approach was so comforting and it allowed me to fully experience the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of the cleanse.
Not only did Tasha make sure I had a unique experience at the retreat, but she also introduced me to the incredible healers in the small town of Stanford. She’s really connected with the healing community here and even scheduled appointments for me during my stay. Tasha went above and beyond to tailor our yoga classes specifically to my needs, focusing on poses that would help heal my medical condition. She did her research beforehand and was prepared to guide me on how to naturally heal myself.
Tasha is not only an amazing healer herself, but she’s also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to wellness. She makes sure that when you leave, you have all the information and tools necessary to make positive changes in your life. Oh, and I highly recommend the private room upstairs. It was perfect for my stay!

January 15, 2019 at 12:00 amI loved everything about it! After a crazy year, I needed a place to relax, recharge, and figure out my life goals. That’s when I stumbled upon Tasha’s private retreat online. It sounded intriguing, so I decided to book it. The next day, Tasha called me and we chatted about what I wanted to get out of the retreat and the program itself. We even dove deep into all my questions and concerns.
When I arrived at the retreat, I immediately felt like I belonged there. They gave me a warm welcome and gave me a thorough rundown of the 6-day juice fast. And let me tell you, the juices and broth they made were absolutely amazing, all freshly made and organic. I even left with some fantastic recipes and ideas.
The guided meditation and yoga sessions were fantastic as well, whether we were inside the house or out in nature. But one of the highlights for me was the dance. I was hesitant at first, but it turned out to be an intense and fascinating experience.
Overall, the retreat was perfectly organized. Tasha was there for me whenever I needed anything and was even flexible with the daily schedule based on weather or how I was feeling. She suggested so many enjoyable activities, and we had deep conversations throughout my stay. I can confidently say that I achieved all the goals I set out for this trip. I highly recommend this private retreat.

I learned so much about my own spirit, energy field, and soul. Tasha taught me how to interact with nature and how yoga and meditation can support and nurture all these aspects. It was truly amazing!
