We’ll all head to different restaurants for dinner (the cost is not included) and take a stroll around the center. If the weather permits, we can even go on a jungle walk together.
We’re having the retreat in the heart of Ubud, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of a rice field and the jungle. It’ll be perfect for when we all go out for dinner at the best restaurants in Ubud, and don’t worry, we’ll take care of all the transportation. The hotel is located in a peaceful area despite being so central, so you can really relax. And let me tell you, the open-air yoga shala and pool have one of the most amazing views of Ubud you’ve ever seen. It’s really something special!
Every day, the hotel will provide you with a healthy breakfast and lunch. They offer vegetarian and vegan options as well. You’ll also get to enjoy dinner at the hotel restaurant on the first and last evening. On the other nights, you’ll have the chance to dine at the top restaurants in Ubud. It’s important to note that the cost for these dinners is not included in the retreat package. The dinners at these restaurants typically range from 6 to 10 USD for a main course.

We have a great lineup of activities for you during the retreat! You’ll start your day with a refreshing 7 morning Chakra yoga session. In the evening, you can enjoy a peaceful 6 evening silent meditation. We also have 2 Yin yoga sessions for you to relax and unwind. For a deeper sense of relaxation, we have 1 yoga Nidra session and 1 breathwork session.
To uplift your spirits, we have a lively kirtan concert for you to enjoy. As part of the cultural experience, you can participate in a traditional Balinese water purification ceremony and learn how to make Balinese offerings. If available, we also have a group watsu session for you to indulge in. In case it’s not available, we’ll replace it with another embodiment session.
For healing and self-expression, we have a group sound healing session, art therapy journaling, and Ayurveda journaling. If you feel like getting your body moving, join our creative dance session. To release any built-up emotions, there’s a special emotional release session for you.
In addition to all the activities, you’ll have the opportunity to make your own DIY crystal roll on. And don’t worry about transportation, we’ll take care of your airport pickup and drop-off, as well as all group transport during the retreat.
You’ll be staying with us for 7 nights, and we’ll provide you with delicious vegetarian and vegan options for 6 lunches. We’ll also treat you to 2 dinners, one on the day of your arrival and another on the last evening. And of course, breakfast will be served every morning.
