When you book your retreat, we’ll plan the specifics through a Skype call based on your personal needs and preferences. Each day, you’ll have a morning or afternoon session with Tasha, where you can engage in various activities such as yogic teachings, meditation, conscious breathing, or nature immersion. The other session will be devoted to self-study and leisure, allowing for valuable time in silence and solitude.
Self-study practices include guided journaling, contemplation, silent meditation, walking meditation, grounding in nature, yogic practices, gratitude practice, ceremony and intention, and selfless service.

The retreat venues in Bali offer an ideal position for a peaceful stay on the island. They are conveniently located near the main center of Ubud, but also provide a true sense of tranquility and seclusion. Ubud, with its scattered temples, sacred sites, and breathtaking natural waterfalls, is a destination that will truly nourish your spirit.
We use locally sourced and organically grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs in all of our delicious menu options. Bali has an abundance of tropical fruits and vegetables for you to enjoy. The juice cleanse is packed with the life force and phytonutrients from wheatgrass and microgreens that have just been harvested. We prefer natural supplements and use local roots, herbs, and greens in our juices. We even make our own alkalizing apple cider vinegar tonic. Along with the juice cleanse, we provide powerful natural detoxifying and nutritional supplements, as well as optional additional supplementation tailored to your needs. The quality and freshness of the produce make a big difference in the cleansing and healing processes. Eating clean, light, and natural allows you to experience wellness like never before. Depending on your length of stay, you may experience reduced inflammation, increased energy, weight loss, and improvement in minor and major health complaints. Probiotic and fermented foods restore gut health, which can often be a factor in chronic illness or fatigue. Our meals and juices are made with skill, care, mindfulness, and love, under the guidance of a qualified nutritionist. If you’re interested, we can provide instruction on food preparation so you can continue healthy eating and cleansing practices at home. Water fasting or dry fasting support is also available upon request.
For your retreat, we offer several options that can be combined. Our juice cleanse is great for detox and treating chronic illness and inflammation. It includes three cold-pressed juices throughout the day, as well as supplements tailored to your needs. After the cleanse, we gradually introduce raw food to help with the transition. Our raw food option is packed with enzymes for better digestion and absorption. We create meals with fresh fruits, vegetables, activated seeds, nuts, and grains. We also have special creations like pro-biotic nut cheeses and whole seed crackers. Our plant-based option supports the acid/alkaline balance, digestive health, and hormonal balance. It includes light, cooked, whole foods with a raw food component.

March 26, 2020 at 12:00 amI can’t believe how cheated I felt after the experience I was so looking forward to. I had booked it for 14 days but ended up leaving just after 4 days. The pictures had painted a different picture compared to reality, and I felt completely swindled out of my money and the time I had taken off work to focus on my health. Moreover, the facilities weren’t up to par. On the bright side, Tasha was really attentive, and the yoga sessions were actually pretty good.

I had an absolute blast with her and loved every single activity we did. But what really stood out to me was the individualized attention and care she provided. It was truly wonderful. Oh, and let’s not forget about the food and juices – they were absolutely delicious and helped us establish healthy habits. If you’re looking for a break from technology and a chance to truly be present, I highly recommend coming here. It’s totally worth it!

Her warm approach instantly made me feel comfortable and allowed me to fully embrace the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of the cleanse. Tasha also introduced me to the various healers in the small town of Stanford, showing me her deep connection to the healing community here. During my stay, she went above and beyond to arrange appointments with these healers for me. Tasha’s expertise extended to our personalized yoga classes, where she specifically tailored each session to include poses that would aid in healing my medical condition. She had thoroughly researched my condition beforehand and was well-prepared to guide me on the natural healing journey. In addition to her healing abilities, Tasha possesses a wealth of knowledge in all areas of wellness, making her a true source of wisdom. Furthermore, she ensures that you leave equipped with the necessary knowledge to make lasting positive changes in your life. I opted for the private room upstairs and can highly recommend it to others!

January 15, 2019 at 12:00 amI loved everything about it! After a crazy year, I needed a place to relax, reflect on my life goals, and recharge. So, I came across Tasha’s private retreat on this website and decided to book it. The very next day, Tasha called me and we had a fantastic conversation about my expectations, goals, and the program. She answered all my questions in great detail and addressed all my concerns.
When I arrived at the retreat, it felt like home right away. The warm welcome I received was amazing, and they gave me a thorough introduction to the 6-day juice fast. Let me tell you, the juices and broth they prepared during my stay were absolutely delicious, fresh, and organic. I even left with several recipes and new ideas to try at home.
The guided meditation and yoga sessions, both indoors and in nature, were incredible. But, my favorite activity was the dance. At first, I was a bit unsure if it was my thing, but it turned out to be a captivating and enlightening experience.
Overall, the organization of the retreat was flawless. Tasha was always available and flexible, adjusting the schedule based on the weather or my energy levels and interests. She proactively suggested various enjoyable activities throughout my stay. We also had many meaningful conversations, and I achieved all the goals I had set for myself on this trip. I can’t recommend this private retreat enough.

I discovered so much about my own spirit, energy field, and soul. I also learned how to connect with nature and nurture all these aspects through yoga and meditation. It was truly amazing!
