During the retreat, we’ll have a perfectly curated schedule to support you. You’ll have a balance of transformative work and free time to explore beautiful Bali or simply relax by the pool. Each day, Livia will lead morning and afternoon/evening yoga workshops that are active, embodied, and connected. In between, you’ll enjoy healthy meals at the resort, have the option to get a massage, and take trips around town. The package offers two healthy and nourishing meals per day. We cater to the following dietary requirements: Regular (which typically includes meat and fish). If you have any special dietary needs, it’s best to inform the organizer when you make your reservation.
